However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as expected, and you may require a refund. Our Refund Policy is designed to facilitate this process fairly and efficiently.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been prepared may be cancelled without any charges. However, once the preparation has started, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation is possible. If you are able to cancel after preparation has started, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Crust & Craft Pizzeria.
Quality Concerns
If your order does not meet our high-quality standards, we'd like to know. Please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958 if you find any issues with your order. To facilitate a refund or exchange, we typically ask customers to provide a description of the problem and, if possible, photographic evidence.
Incorrect Orders
We strive for perfection with every order, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. You may be eligible for a replacement item or a refund. The incorrect item may need to be returned in the condition it was received, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days from the day of confirmation. If this is not possible, a store credit may be offered. Please note that any delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the order problem is due to an error on our part.
Timeframe for Claims
All refund requests must be lodged within 48 hours of receiving the order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
While we strive to accommodate our customers, some items and circumstances do not qualify for a refund:
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Any beverage that has been opened or partially consumed.
- Orders not collected by the customer within the agreed timeframe.
