'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with an aspiration: to offer true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi kin, in 1985, opened their modest pizzeria that grew from a family endeavor featuring recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered pizza craft during her time in Italy, apprenticing with esteemed Neapolitan pizza chefs. With her return to the UK, her resolve to deliver the essence of Italian pizza was unyielding, employing classic techniques and the most exquisite ingredients.
Originally a quaint pizzeria with only 12 seats, we've blossomed into a cherished community staple, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and genuine taste stands firm. We persist with our wood-fire baking tradition, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and select top-tier ingredients for our dishes.
To this day, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is a family-led enterprise, with the Bianchi descendants steering our devoted crew. While we've adopted modern improvements, our business's core is unaltered: producing delicious, true pizza to unite people.
